The change of seasons is the best time to do a Seasonal Cleanse. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), each season is in tune with certain organs and bodily systems. It is recommended that you start the season by cleansing the digestive tract, deep tissues, and lymphatic system by limiting certain foods, and taking herbs to help move things along. Follow with a protocol nurturing each seasonal corresponding organ system with a different set of herbs.
Each seasonal cleanse kit helps to address all of this! A two-week cleanse is ideal, but may be too much of a time commitment for many busy folks. So, I have provided a one-week cleanse option as well. Each kit contains:
